8 months!

WOW I kind of forgot about this... she turned 8 months on the 22nd, and we have just been busy busy! Anyway...

-She's 17lbs 11oz... feels SOO much heavier than that!
-Says "mama" and lots of other babbles (the n sound, m sound, b sound in various ways-such as bababa, nuh nuh nuh, maba, etc)
-Speed-crawls... she's into the next room before I know it
-Leaving purees and going into more chunky food... she loves it but is wierd about it sometimes. Some days she eats meat like a champ (particularly chicken with cinnamon applesauce) but somedays she's dramatic and gags on it and spits it out)
-She prefers pulling up on her jumperoo and playing with the toys that way rather than sitting in it... go figure
-Still noo teeth... though I can feel a sharp edge now at least
-Gets SO excited over ceiling fans that she literally almost throws herself out of my arms because she is bucking so hard
-Loves music and dances along with it!
-If there is something a little higher that she can step up on to, she does it
-As soon as our story is done before bed, she knows that the next thing I do is play her bear (that Patrick made for her)-so she gets really excited and turns to it or comes to it before I even go there
-Beautifully sleeps 12 hours, or close to it! (THANK YOU dear girl!)
-Still loves the pool but hates the ocean (I think it's the noise) ...little does she know, she WILL like it eventually :)
-Laughs and giggles all the time
-Cruises!
