Apparently Grama's recipe for microwave peanut brittle was meant for a microwave with less wattage than my beautiful, brand new powerhouse. There goes my favorite mixing bowl...
We could be sisters. We really could be. Well, if I had a sister.
Last week I smoke our entire condo out. NO REALLY. I SMOKED IT OUT. Apparently there is a MINIMUM amount of food you can put in those steam bags in the microwave. I put one mini carrot in the bag and put it in for a couple minutes and then I hear it - the pop and then I see smoke. FLOODING out of the microwave.
