Here are some shots from the past couple of weeks... I've been so bad with updating, I know! This computer is on its way out, and it acting like a fossil combined with spending time with my girl (and the fam last week) has taken up a bit of my spare time. Today, however, we got a new computer-I haven't even began to set it up yet, so I'm still using the old one for now-but hopefully I'll get a chance to mess with it tomorrow. I have such an awful headache that my face is tender to the touch, so we'll see.Today we had a visit from the at-home nurse that the New Parent Support Group offers. She answered my millions of new mom questions and weighed Maya-she is up to 9 pounds! No wonder her plain white newborn onesies are getting awfully tight! She said Maya looks great, though, and is impressed at some of the things she is doing. She is holding her head up like a champ, and has some awesome awake time in the morning as well as the evening now-she is so alert and loves to play. Grandpa O'Connor got her an awesome Baby Einstein play mat, and she loves to lie underneath that and stare at everything (and kick and swat at the toys hanging)!
She has her first "playdate" with her friends tomorrow so I'll be sure to take lots of pictures of that :)
