7 Months!

Maya has done a LOT in the past month! I'm SO thankful to say that the colic is now completely gone... she is a totally different baby now. Here are other things she is doing, if I can remember them all:

-Says "Mama"-though I'm not sure yet if it's a word or still a sound. She'll say it when she's mad or frustrated, such as when it's time to eat or when she is crying, which kind of makes me think it's a word, but who knows.
-Is CRAWLING!! Hands and knees, no more scooting. Though she got VERY proficient (and quick!) in the scooting before the crawling began.
-She can pull herself to standing
-She knows where her toys are-so she can pull herself to standing and reach in to (try and) get something out of her bin
-Looooves food. She eats 4 6oz bottles a day, and then 2 2oz servings of fruit and 2 2oz servings of vegetable and then cereal every day. Her favorites are pear, avocado, and carrots!
-She's starting to wave... which is hilarious.
-Still no teeth... that's a daily battle.
-She LOVES the pool!
-Most importantly, she knows who her daddy is and can recognize him when he is reading to her on DVD or when he comes on Skype. She now knows the Skype ring and freaks out when it starts going, because she knows he is coming on. She gets SO excited when she hears his voice. She has a Build-A-Bear that we play every night, and is all smiles while he "says goodnight" to her. I'm amazed-I hoped this would happen, but I never ever expected it to happen at such an early age. I thought it would take FAR longer, to be quite honest.
